IdeaPhone K900 memiliki desaign body yang tergolong sangat tipis, yakni hanya 6,9 mm, Body IdeaPhone K900 dilapisi dengan campuran bahan polycarbonate dan stainless steel. Uniknya Lenovo K900 Sudutnya memiliki desain yang tajam dan terlihat kotak terlihat berbeda dengan kebanyakn ponsel yang memiliki suut membulat.
